While North America's professional players continue on in their quest for the Stanley Cup, across the Atlantic in Slovakia the other championship of note for the Spring is taking place.
The 2011 IIHF World Championships continue on through until the Gold Medal game on May 15th, as sixteen teams work their way through the elimination rounds and on towards the sudden death finals.
