Game Five -- Washington and Boston -- April 21, 2012

The story thus far in the Bruins/Caps series is young Braden Holtby, the Capitals goaltender has really had only one game where the Bruins have found easy success, in three of the four games though the series so far, Holtby stands alone as the main reason the Caps are still battling the Bruins.

Heading into Game Five in Boston, both teams are tied at 2 games each, making this a best of three series now, something which could suit the Capitals just fine considering the stellar nature of their young goaltenders work so far.

Dale Hunter mind be wondering if his much vaunted offensive squad might want to pick up their game however, success can't rest on Holtby alone and too that end, the Caps need the likes of Ovechkin, Semin and Backstrom to start putting some pucks in the net.

The Bruins, much like they did last year at this time are having their struggles putting away their first round opponent, a team that at the moment doesn't seem very in awe of the Bruins Stanley Cup champion status.

Should the Bruins wish to have any thoughts of a repeat, they need to get untracked quickly (just ask Tim Thomas, though we're not sure his input is helping), taking the series down to a best of three doesn't leave much room for error.
