Game Three-- Senators and Rangers, April 16, 2012

A series split in New York City, a concussed captain and a bit of push back all part of the return of the Ottawa Senators to the friendly confines of Scotiabank Place for Monday's game number three.

there are rumblings that Captain Daniel Alfredsson will be a game time decision and should Alfie step onto the ice, the roof at the Ottawa hockey barn has a very good chance of rising a few feet.

For the Rangers, the bad blood of Sunday still seemingly sticks in the craw of Head Coach John Tortorella, who clearly relishes living so close to Broadway, at least judging by the many press conferences and the many moods of his method acting (well ok, the many moods are really but one, outrage with a dash of exasperation).

When he's not busy commenting on this and that, he'll have to try and recapture the Rangers of Game One, who had quite a bit of control over the underdog eighth seed from Ottawa, if he can't find that team, this may be one very long series for him, his team and the Gallery Gods of the Gawdens..
